- We can repair most punctures if the tyre is in a suitable condition, if the tyre has had to be run slightly flat, it can damage the side walls of the tyres structure, making it unsuitable to repair, un-safe to fully inflate to normal running pressure. If this is the case, a replacement tyre would be recommended.
- Balancing
- Do you feel your steering wheel wobble at certain speeds?This can be as simple as needing your front wheels balancing. Over time your wheels can lose their natural balance due to bad road conditions and speed bumps. After your wheels are balanced, you find you still have vibrations or wobble, there could be other problems requiring attention. We can advise you on the appropriate action, if this is the case. After a puncture repair and the removal of the tyre from its rim, the wheel is now out of balance, we would always recommend balancing the wheel before fitting back to the vehicle.
- Wheel Alignment
- If your tyres seem to wear on one side more than the other, the chances are your wheels are not aligned correctly. Other signes are your steering wheel would not be in a central positon (when travelling in a straight line). We have facilities to carry out 2 or 4 wheel alignment to suit your needs.
